So i was looking at the park hours for july and i saw that IOA opens at 8:00am and not at 9:00. Does anybody know if this is correct and why?

It's correct. It's going to be busy busy, and WWOHP will need all the time in the world to keep up with the crowds. Early entry will start at 7am. -
