I think this sounds like it will be great. While Art of Animation did start to move away from the motel with loud decorations model, it is most definitely the situation at the other Value Resorts. This seems like a great take on the idea of using the motel / motor lodge model as a basis for a cheaper place while still giving it a themed experience. It seems sort of like what the 50s and 60s sections of Pop Century should have been versus just the big decorations. -

It looks nice and I wouldn't be surprised if it was used for filming later, once it opens.
