I have a question about the buy a day, get a year free deal for So Cal Residents for $80. Since I'm a so cal resident and the cousins coming with my to USH isn't, can I still buy a pass for her (or no cos shes not a resident) Thanks for any help.

Also, if you're doing the BDGY - ordering it online gives you 12 months from the date of purchase, while buying at the park only gives you till the end of December. Universal has changed the way they process APs. You no longer have to go to the AP center to get your AP if you purchased your pass online.
You simply take your e-ticket strait to the turnstiles and they will print your pass there on first day of use. That being said, I have never seen or been asked to show I.D.
So the worst that can happen is that they will ask you to pay the difference between the buy a day get a year free ticket and a Value AP, which is only $19 more.
