I don't think you can, because they do check your ID for verification when you get your name put onto the pass at the AP Center, and they use that information in the computer as well. Since it says the deal is only valid for So Cal residents from the 90000-93599 zip codes and they check ID for each annual pass member, I think she's out of luck.

Also, if you're doing the BDGY - ordering it online gives you 12 months from the date of purchase, while buying at the park only gives you till the end of December. For the most value for your money, ordering at the very least YOUR ticket online is the best deal for you.

Universal has changed the way they process APs. You no longer have to go to the AP center to get your AP if you purchased your pass online.

You simply take your e-ticket strait to the turnstiles and they will print your pass there on first day of use. That being said, I have never seen or been asked to show I.D.

So the worst that can happen is that they will ask you to pay the difference between the buy a day get a year free ticket and a Value AP, which is only $19 more.
