Why do I have a sinking feeling that the Lazily Acrobatic Motion Enclosure they have set up for FF on the tour is going to turn Hot Wheels? *sigh*

There are a few things that might translate well to the parks. But Legendary... is a remarkably optimistic name for the studio given their output that would apply to parks. Hopefully this stays on the "actual filmmaking" part of the equation.

Devil's advocate in me DOES want to see them make "Inception - The Ride", but most of their marketable properties are owned by DC Comics.

Maybe it's a bridge to getting the DC comic license for a Batman ride or something. Then they can drop Marvel in Orlando and have DC land instead. Of course Six Flags might have something to say about DC licensing.

Well, Maybe they'll give Del Toro more freedom to do stuff.

Title of this thread is very misleading. Universal did not buy Legendary Pictures, they entered into a 5-year partnership agreement starting next year.

Six Flags currently has a lifetime contract to use the DC characters in theme parks. Unless Warner Brothers can come to an agreement with Six Flags to end the use of DC characters in their parks, DC characters will never be inside Universal Parks.

A DC are would compete with Marvel area for Disney
The new Star Wars plot summery:

Episode 7: Luke discovers that Darth Vader is not his father, and goes on a search for his real father

Episode 8: Darth Vader is resurrected and goes on Jerry Springer, claiming he is Luke and Leia's father

Episode 9: Princes Leia is not Luke's sister, making him furious (we all know why...).
