Universal Studios is considering a Star Trek land in Orlando

According to this article, Universal Studios is considering building a Star Trek-themed land for a fourth park in Orlando to compete with Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World.

Is anyone else excited about being able to tour a full scale model of the USS Enterprise?

I mean sure it will be cool, but lets not pretend Trek has the same fan base as Star Wars, Disney Animated Films (Frozen) and the MCU.

I think Nintendo and Pokemon should be what they try to tap into more, Pokemon Go was HUGE and the new Pokemon game coming to switch is going to sell amazing. Tap into that fan base

I think it definitely would be cool especially for old-timers but I'm curious to see how it would do! I'm not exactly sure that it would compete with Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Walt Disney World how you're hoping. Definitely a neat idea though!
