Hey guys. I booked a plane ticket last year good for 4 people. However, due to the on going pandemic, it would be difficult for us to leave our country. In addition, travel ban was recently imposed. Another problem that we face is the reservation we had in the hotel near the theme park (rather not disclose the name of the hotel), do you think we can refund in full the reservation made. Its bad move for us to book a flight knowing that COVID is not yet settled.

You can just call the airline and hotel to ask about your refund option since travel ban was imposed due to Covid19. And they are aware of that, you just need to know the specifics through them.

By the way, one of my daughters got a traumatic experience in traveling with planes since an accident years ago. And as a parent I want my kids to enjoy life despite painful situations that's why I booked this travel. This is the first travel after the incident. My husband advised me that our daughter should see a counselor first since the trauma is not easy to forget especially since our daughter is still very young.

Is it good talking to a counselor or therapist regarding this? Have you had an experience talking to a counselor?
