Gumball Rally - how did everyone do?

It was our first year at the Rally and we had a blast! Thanks so much for everyone who put so much hard work into creating the event!

Since no scores were announced last night, I have no way of knowing where we ranked until the top 50 is posted. So I thought I'd throw it out for an unofficial discussion of how people did.

My team - Kevin's a Girl?! - went on 23 rides (12 in Disneyland and 11 in DCA). It was exhausting but so much fun! How about you guys? How many rides did your team make it on? For those of you who have done it before, do you typically get credit for all/most of the rides you went on or do you find yourself losing points in the scoring of the questions?

We also had a blast - literally one of the best days of my life. So much fun. Thank you so much to all the volunteers! We counted 27, assume we got points for all because we placed 5th, which really blew us away. Started at DCA, did 11 rides there in the am. It was our 3rd rally (T-Town Tinks) - can't wait for the next one!

We did 23 too. 13 in Disneyland and 10 in DCA. Hopefully we answered everything right. .... We had a great time either way. It was a privilege to win the Team Spirit award, and to make new friends.

We did 20 and we had such a great time 9 Disneyland, 11 DCA, we would've gotten more but I left my bag with the question book inside Star Tours so that killed some time.

Team Agents of M.O.U.S.E. failed spectacularly at earning points this year but we had a blast, regardless. We'll be posting a trip report (some time shortly after the official Mice Chat summary goes up), detailing a few of the strategies that worked for us... and many, many more that didn't.

Congratulations to all of the teams on completing a very twisty, challenging rally! This was only our second year participating, but from what we gather it may go down as the toughest race in the history of the event. We're looking forward to reading all of the trip reports (and looking forward to the next rally, too!).

Team New Orleans Chicken Gumball ran our first rally yesterday. We managed 23 attractions - which seems to be a common refrain so far. However, this was done while finishing around 5:10, and also with Star Tours breaking down earlier just as we were entering the Star Speeder! What wretched luck on that!

Basically, I'd partnered with an ex-Cast Member, thinking he'd be a valuable park asset. Instead, his PTSD triggered as soon as we neared Toon Town, hence the early finish. He was literally shaking from stress. Oh well, at least we got to see the entire Clippers game from the Grand Californian lounge. Didn't make the awards ceremony, though. Sounds like that was fun. I'd do the Rally again, though we both agree with a different partner.

Has anyone else heard the official results of the other teams and their rankings? I've been checking the forum, hoping to see a list but I haven't seen anything so far. Am I missing something?

Ditto! I could have sworn they said at the event that scores would be posted 'this week.' I never imagined it would take this long.

My daughter and I had fun ( as we do every year), and are anxious to see results! Looking forward to next year!

My daughter and I have an awesome time every year--even though we do not win!! Dusty went on Facebook and said he is having a hard time getting all the photos together to go with the results, but he did say he might just post results soon with the photos to come later!
