2020 Gumball Rally Team Name & Team Logo Contest

The 2020 MiceChat Gumball Rally is rolling your way on Saturday, February 8th. But the competition is already heating up. Aside from rally placement, we will give away three unique awards at the Gumball Rally, one for Best Team Name, one for Best Team Logo, and a Team Spirit Award.

We invite teams who would like to be in consideration for the Logo and Name contests to post their names and/or logos here and make their best case for why they should win. They can lobby all they want, but the final voting will be done by the 100+ Rally volunteers on game day. They'll get a complete list of all candidates who entered in this thread and then turn in their votes for Best Team Name, Best Team Logo and Team Spirit Award at the end of their shift.

So, let's see what you've got folks. Show us your creativity!

I’m super excited for the Rally. Do we know if there is a preregistration and meetups on Friday night? I thought I read early on there were going to be speakers at some point as well.

This will be year 3 of participating and we have finally picked a forever team name! My sister and I have been Disney lovers as long as we can remember. The Rally has become our yearly sister trip. We told our husbands if they want to participate they need their own team! Hence the "Brats" part of our name. Our favorite ride is Splash Mountain. The Uncle Remus stories were read to us by our grandmother & hold a special place in our hearts. We wear purple in honor of our father, who is no longer with us. Micechat Gumball Rally is an adventure in our happy place and we look forward to it each year! Ready or not here comes the Brier Brats!!!

This will be my first year doing the Gumball Rally, My wife and daughter have been doing it for many years but now that I am retired I will be joining in. The team is My daughter and me and our Team name is "Unidentified Flying Oddballs" I actually created our Logo before I saw the Trophy but somehow on my first time out I think I nailed it. Hi everyone!

Our team of three is back for our third Gumball rally, and we are triply excited!

For our team name, we thought long and hard about our favorite 1959 addition to Tomorrowland, and our favorite part of the cooler-than-ever 2020 trophy. The choice was easy: The Disneyland-Alweg Monorail System has won our hearts! It's not easy to find a pun that revolves around the word Alweg, but we think we managed a decent one.

Thusly I present our team name, our logo, and our race day chant: ...and ALWEG we go!!!

Feel the rhythm, feel the rhyme, get on up it’s Bakersfield Bobsled time! Like the Jamaican Bobsled Team, the Bakersfield Bobsled Team faces the challenge of no snow! But that doesn’t stop us from being steady and ready to go! Instead of chanting “eins, zwei, drie” before sliding down an icy tack we say…”YETI, SLEDDY, GO!”. And off we race.

The essence of yeti, sleddy, go is captured perfectly in our logo (created by my 11-year-old daughter). The menacing YETI pops up to scare us (just like in the ride) as we (yes, each bobsledder looks like the actual team members) GO SLEDDING down the Matterhorn Gumball Mountain. Yeti...Sleddy...Go!

This will be the 8th Rally for my Daughter and I and the second Rally with the addition of our good friend Robyn from Las Vegas. This is the first time we have entered the best team name/logo contest! My daughter Nicole designed our logo and came up with our team name: Mandalorian Child Care Services. Looking forward to another amazing rally (and hoping no surprise monsoons like there were last year).

Our team name this rally is NEVERTHELESS SHE RESISTED
We picked this name to channel our inner Rey to have the strength to resist.... sitting on benches, going home for naps, people watching, and bar hopping in DCA, hotels, and downtown Disney. May the Force be with us! This is our 5th Gumball Rally and we are so excited for this event every year.
We always look forward to seeing our Rally friends from past events and can not wait to make new friends as well.
