I would have picked option 1 (if I could have)
but the website that you send us to, for me, didn't work.

i can see this being a verrrrrrry interesting therad.

my opinion: they were a bit unjust to him and were not fair. however, it is thier job to keep the place safe and in order, so they must of had good intentions.

It's telling me I already voted, too. However, I don't think what the manager did was right. I'm not blaming the security as a whole, though. I feel it was that one cast member who was not doing her job to make people's days magical and safe, and was only being rude.

You only get two choices.

The Poll didn't work for me either. The Cast Member May of been rude but It did obstruct your vision judging by the pictures.You could only see on way through the mask it seemed.

I personally feel there were mistakes made on both sides. I wasn't actually there to witness the event first hand, so all I have to go on is mostly hear say and whatever information was posted here. From what I have read, I think both sides are culpable to some extent, but not sure exactly by how much.

I say Disney acted justly. IMO, all said and done, I feel the eyeholes obscured vision too much. Again, this is just my opinon on the matter. The costume was/is amazing though.

regarding the poll, i think the choices aren't sufficient. some of us are 50/50. like security handled it wrong, but he also didnt follow the rules regarding the eye holes so they have a valid reason for him being asked to leave.

I think his costume was too realistic and good. Perhaps Disney didn't want him to be mistaken for an actual Disney Character and run the risk that he wouldn't behave in the "Disney Way."

I voted that Security behaved badly.

wtf? Everything is not black and white. I think both sides were wrong. I actually happen to be considerate of both sides. I am not biased. You've over simplified the situation with simple choices. I see more choices when be vote about Tomorrowland!
