Mine was the secret bathroom in Carnation Plaza Gardens, but since I don't think that one will be returning, I am going to say the ones inside of the Carthay Circle Theatre.
All right, listen! I didn't want to have to do this, but you leave me no choice. Here comes the smolder.

The one under Hungry Bear in Critter Country. Its hidden, doesn't have a door needing to open and gives me the opportunity to view the river from a hidden location. And it just got remodeled this year!
My least favorite is NOS. Cramped, crowded and out dated. Usually the first thing I see is the custodial door wide open. Joy!
Interesting question. The only ones that spring to mind instantly when i think about it is either the one just under the right side entrance arch and then to the right, or the one near the New Orleans Square train station.
The queen of hearts bathrooms across from the Matterhorn. It just always makes me feel so much Disney spirit to have such an appropriately themed bathroom.
The bathroom I enjoy the most is the one in the esplenade to the left on the main entrance next to the newstand shop. For some reason those are always the cleanest and least crowded. In terms of interior design I like the ones in the PP Hotel or the GCH. For exterior design I like the one in Toontown or the one across from Soarin'.
