Part of the reason we are careful about the images we allow on MiceChat is that we have MiceChatters who are under the legal age of 18.

MiceChat is a message board that focuses on a family theme park. I would hope that people would understand why we need to keep topics and images that could get us shut down off of our web site.

Hmmm so the family characters from the family theme park engaging in a sex orgy with group sex, gang , and dwarves butt****ing each other, is somehow okay and has been allowed to stay, but the DLP Flashers are somehow "pornography" and must be censored? Yeah, explain that logic to me...espeically since both are posted with a link and a warning.

You need to be equal in your "moderation".

Why yes, as a matter of fact I DID know that. Did you bother to read the original thread in the DLP forum? Because if you had, you'd see that I was an active participant in this thread and I am the one who suggested that it be MOVED here and posted as a LINK with a WARNING...just like your Family Theme Park Characters Sex Orgy post. I fail to see how one is any worse than the other. Mamabot talks about members under 18. So, DLP flashsers picture is harmful to members under 18 but the animated orgy picture is A-OKAY for them to view. What kind of double standard is that?

If I had tried posting that pic in the Disneyland forum, you can bet it would have been closed in a heartbeat, only I wouldn't have tried to repost it here afterwards. The picture also had an article posted with it and was published as mainstream news, not as softcore voyeristic porn

OH for Gods sake, let's rationalize shall we ? The point at issue here is the content, and the content of your link is no better or worse than the content of the DLP Pirates flashers link. Also, "several" moderaters did not take it down in the DLP forum, it was one LAZY moderator by the name of Ian Parkinson, and the thread wasn't closed until Evil Minion came along and closed it EVEN AFTER the picture had been removed from the original thread.

I am glad you are not a moderator since you can't see the difference between the two threads you are complaining about. The mods are not obligated to rationalize their actions to any of us. If you have a problem with the job they are doing- why don't you address it in a PM instead of bashing them in public?

YES EXACTLY. So now can someone still rationalize logically why the DLP Flashers were removed, but YOUR post wasn't? Apparently there is some concern with "underage" micechatters and the content they may see. Can someone logically explain why your post is of no concern but the DLP Pirates Flashers are?

Frankly, this is not a democracy.

This site is run by real people as a hobby, and they owe you absolutely nothing. They certainly do not have any requirement to allow you to put their reputations on the line by posting photographs of body parts and sexual acts. There are young people who post on these boards and those young people have parents who may wish to maintain some control over what their kids see on the internet, whether their kids are 13, or two days shy of 18.

They have every right to maintain their site as they see fit.

I would not have been surprised if it had been removed however. But I did not try to get around the system, I used it and that is why is was not removed.

Get around the system? A) He didn't know the Litter Box existed. Go back and READ the original thread in the DLP forum. B) I explained to him what the litterbox was and instructed him on HOW to post here using YOUR Family Characters from a Family Theme Park Orgy photo thread as a model.

OK. This is getting to be a bit much for even the litter box. Policy is made by the Admins and Mods of MiceChat. I think you will find that this is consistant with other discussion boards. In either case, that is the fact. If there is a change or ammendment to a policy, we will let you know. Meanwhile, why don't we drop this discussion for now.
