What’s funny about all of this is in 2017 Whoopi Goldberg during her Disney Legends speech made the mention how they should “re release Song of the South for the younger generation as it was an incredibly progressive movie for the time.” One of the African American actors for the film even stated back then they wouldn’t have joined the film if there was any references to racism. It’s a damn shame that Disney has to cow tow to the PC crowd and destroy an attraction that has brought enjoyment to many around the world. Creating an attraction that is less inclusive and catering to a certain minority that isn’t even 15% of the US population. We have a bunch of worthless Karen’s running Disney especially Disneyland
