Wow that nighttime show with the castle all lit up looks amazing! How many years has that been happening?

If it weren't for the hanging wreaths over Disneyland's Main Street that I absolutely love, I'd have to say that DLP outdoes DL.

However, what was with that pic of Roman Polanski? Creeeeeeeeeepy.

    Thanks Alain for the column!

Wow, that icy castle is brilliant!

I guess it would be best if it didn't stay that way all night, since so many people want photos of the nighttime castle, but that sure is a beautiful sight.

DLRP looks so wonderful, magical. Truly, it has outdone Disneyland.

                Great photos Alain, thanks!

I swear I thought the man in the picture was Danny Kaye, although I know he's been dead for several years. Couldn't believe it was Roman Polanski!

He probably likes the Disney parks so he can cruise for the *younger* females...

Hello Chernabog, Alain Littaye, here. An important note about the picture with Roman Polanski ( whom i personnaly consider as one of the greatest movie director in the world ) the children on the picture are ROMAN POLANSKI CHILDREN. Roman is living since 20 years with actress Emannuelle Seigner and they had together two children, and it is them who are with Roman Polanski on the photo, just like everybody going to disneyland with his children, there is nothing weird in that.

DLP is very beautiful, but I was particularly impressed with the Parade Floats. Very Enchanting. It's definitely a "Must See" around the Holidays. The Castle is always a site to see. I believe it's the most picturesque of all the Disney Castle's, of course it's just my opinion

Re: 12/4: Christmas in Paris, Part I

Nice report Alain, but does not show off the resort properly.
You say "The huge Christmas tree is, as usual, located in Town Square.", though for the past 2 years it has been located on the Central Hub next to Le Chateau De La Belle Au Bois Dormant.
Also, "The hub in front of the castle is decorated too, with huge Christmas "snow globes."", you may find they are christmas baubles, not the ever enchanted merchandising idea of snowglobes = advertising. You also continue to use the words, "big lampposts", however they are actually chandilliers , or at least mean't to be, not big lamp posts. "Ceremony of the Lights", that is The Enchanted Fairytale Ceremony.

May I say as for this paragraph it is almost correct, but not completely, "There are of course fireworks during the Christmas season, but there was also another show held - a huge one, by the way - on Lake Disney, which is surrounded by the resort hotels. It celebrated the British "Bonfire Day." Although it’s not well known outside of the U.K., it’s very popular there each year, and the fireworks are always spectacular!"

Bonfire is shown in 3 nights during November, as Bonfire is celebrated here in England, as for the other fireworks you are a bit outdated sir, they have not been shown since the days of 2003.

Apart from all these mistakes, which let's face it make up the whole so called article, you have made a fantastic job at advertising the ever so beloved site dlrp.fr and your book which I have a copy of, but hate getting adverts thrown down my throat everytime I see one of your articles.

Ever thinking of how interesting you can make the wds christmas sound
