The 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show kicks off on Monday in Las Vegas with nearly 150,000 attendees from over 140 countries showcasing the latest developments in the consumer electronics industry. HDTV's, high-end audio and video, telecommunications, handheld technology, digital imaging, Wi-Fi and content, content, content is all represented in the biggest tradeshow of its kind.
For the second year in a row, I'll be covering CES for MiceChat and taking a look at what's hot, what's interesting and what's just a bit silly. There'll be lots of pics, a little video and, hopefully, an interview or two with people in-the-know in consumer electronics. Disney Online is here, and I'll be talking to them later this week for the latest developments in their online gaming projects including the recently released Pirates of the Caribbean Online.
Today and tomorrow, I'll get a sneak peek at what's in store this week as exhibitors start showing off their wares to the press.
There's a lot more to come, so stay tuned . . . .
(Doncha hate it when someone starts a thread without really telling or showing you anything? )
