    Disney Interactive Studios Names Jean-Marcel Nicolai as Senior Vice President, Global Production

    BURBANK, Calif., (November 13, 2007) – Disney Interactive Studios today announced the addition of Jean-Marcel Nicolai to its executive team as senior vice president, global production. He will oversee Disney's worldwide video game production including the company's five internal development studios, externally developed projects and future studio expansion. Nicolai will be based at headquarters in Glendale, Calif. reporting to Graham Hopper, executive vice president and general manager.

    Nicolai comes to Disney Interactive Studios after seven years with Atari, the U.S. division of Infogrames Entertainment, where he was responsible for leading and managing five internal studios, external product development, production support and technology development in the dual role of senior vice president, product development and chief technology officer. Under his executive purview, Atari delivered titles such as Test Drive Unlimited, Never Winter Nights, Dragon Ball ZThe Matrix: Path of Neo™.

    Prior to Atari, Nicolai held management posts at other global companies including Hewlett-Packard, technology consulting firm Aquarel and Tokyo Electronic Company, a Japan-based data services company.
