      OLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD rumor.

There is no way Disney is building another Disney park in the US right now.
And when the economy picks up again, they still have enough to do with keeping DL and WDW in making sure they continue drawing guests. The next Disney parks opening in the US will either be WDW and/or DL, and those are BOTH several years away.

Next Disney Park outside the US is a possible mainland China location. Hong Kong could possibly announce a 2nd Park, but they just announced a 3 land expansion for HKDL, so even a 2nd HK park may be several years off, too.

Disney has their hands pretty full at the moment with the uncertain economy. Only reason why they are expanding HK is due to the their government agreeing to pay portions of the bill with Disney. A new park in the U.S. im sure wouldnt even be considered right now. Perhaps in the next 5-6 years will it then be taken into consideration. Last i heard the ext prospective sight for a new park was in shanghai.

Gosh I wish they'd fix Tomorrowland in Disneyland first before they start building other parks or places.....

They also need to fix California Adventure. I believe that the DCA Project is much more important.

This is the rumor that would not die. It's been floating around for years, and there's never been any evidence for it. It makes no sense on top of that.

                  So I'd say no.
Does anyone even bother with signatures anymore?

NOOOOOOO!!! Please no! No, as stated before, they have a lot of work to do before they make more parks. And they better not make too many parks, it'll ruin the magic.

Along with everybody else, most likely no. Not unless their business plan changes. When the company last held its shareholder's meeting in Texas, i asked this question, and the answer I got was that any Disney theme park built in Texas, which lies halfway between California and Florida, would most likely cannibalize business from both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. So repeating my answer: "Most likely not."
