  • Disney's A Christmas Carol Train Tour in Sacramento!

Hello everyone! I'm not sure if this thread should be posted here, but mods if you feel it's more appropriate elsewhere, feel free to move and sorry for the inconvenience!

But moving on, this weekend, I got to see Disney's A Christmas Carol Train in Sacramento! It was quite a treat. Let me warn all people planning to attend this great exhibit that lines do get quite long. As you will see in the pictures below, the line was incredibly long. Although the wait time was posted at 2 hours, I waited about 2 hours and 20 minutes. Nevertheless, Disney did a great job of putting together quite a exhibit that I'm sure will find great popularity across the nation. For the Sacramento stop, the train was parked by the Old Town Sacramento Railroad Museum. Enjoy my pictures!

Disney even provided jugglers and other forms of entertainment for the guests waiting in the long line

The inflatable 3D movie theater to see a sneak peek of the new movie! I'm pretty excited about it

Ticket to enter the train. If you look closely, you'll see the punch hole is in the shape of none other than Mickey

EXTREMELY cool car where you get to take a picture and transform your face into one of the characters

Awesome!! I loved the pictures. Is there any way I can find out which cities the train tour will be stopping in?

Awesome I love visiting Old Sac when I am home. I haven't been to the train museum though since I was in 3rd Grade

I waited 4 hours here in LA. How neat that the line went through a train museum. We had to stand out in the hot sun. I really enjoyed it though and am looking forward to seeing the movie now.

I just saw the train today. It is a great experience. I am jealous too of the fact you got to go through a train museum, but then I only waited a few minutes to see it.

Awesome pics, mellonballer! The artwork for the film is SO amazing....it's too bad you couldn't stay for a scene from the movie to see how everything you saw on the train tour came together. I really enjoy reading everyone's reports on their visits...I'm still waiting for my turn!
