    Mamet, Disney and Anne Frank?

Now there are three things I never thought I'd read in the same sentence.

Mamet hardly has a reputation for writing women's roles. This should be interesting to say the least.

No kidding! I had to read it twice to make sure it wasn't a typo...

Love his own films, where usually the good women's roles could fit in well with the hard-bitten film noir dames of the 1940's. Mary Astor would've been a great Mamet troupe player.

              Disney, Mamet & Frank.

Those words, they cannot mean what I think they mean.

Well, so much for that one. It kinda figures it would fizzle out. Perhaps it'll get picked up by another studio. Lionsgate would probably do all right with it.
