  • Disney Movies heading back in the vault Jan 2010

When each January rolls around it means some Disney movies head back into the vault, not to be seen again for an eternal seven or so years.

According to UltimateDisney, these are the titles heading back in the vault in January 2010:
    101 Dalmations Platinum Edition
    101 Dalmations 2: Patch's London Adventure
    101 Dalmations (live action)
    102 Dalmations (live action)
    The Jungle Book Platinum Edition
    The Jungle Book 2
Sleeping Beauty Platinum Edition DVD and Blu-Ray
    The Black Cauldron Gold Collection

So if you don't have them and want to add them to your DVD collection, you have until January.

On a side note, The Black Cauldron is getting a brand new edition (hopefully restored) in June 2010. (it was supposed to come out this month, but got delayed until next year)

I'd better hurry and pick up the Jungle Book.
Here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.

I need to get Dalmations and Jungle Book still. I've been waiting for Black Cauldron until the new edition comes out. Can't wait for that. The Gold version, man, that's been out for a LONG time.

Dalmations II, and the live action versions thereof should go into the Disney Trash Compactor and be shredded for compost. That or just dump them wholesale into the Yesterlandfill and be done with them.

Never really liked Disney sequels. Not a fan of 102 Dalmatians live action. Well 101 Dalmatians live action was okay, but looking back I can't stand it. I bought The Black Cauldron Gold Collection years ago. At least the wait is over for a new edition. Double Dipping again.
