For fairy godmother, I'm going to have to say Flora, Fauna and Merryweather or Mama Odie.

For villian... Maleficent, definitely!

My fave Fairy Godmother...Mary Poppins, with the Blue Fairy a close second.

Fave Femme Fatale....Maleficent, especially in her dragon form.

Fairy Godmother? Definitely the Genie from Aladdin. Humor and Magic all rolled up into one fantastic package.
As for my favorite Femme Fatale, it's a tie between Queen Narcissa and Yzma. They are, dare I say, "Fierce"? (I hate that word, but it's the only one that describes them accurately)
