  • A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving

I love all the Peanuts Holiday Specials but I've always had a special fondness for their thanksgiving feast with the toast and jelly beans etc
It's on this year on Thanksgiving at 8pm! Set your Tivo or DVR!

I have the DVD set with Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. I've already watched it 3 times this month.

I'm dealing with a new work computer today so GIMME A BREAK!!!!

I have it on dvd too and always watch it the Tuesday before T-giving, sorta in tradition from growing up watching them on CBS as it was always shown on Tuesday.

"There's just one problem with that song."
          "Whats that Charlie Brown?"
"My grandmother lives in a condominium."

Love the feast, too! That part always cracks me up. That and the fact that Peppermint Patty bulldozes Chuck into hosting all these people, then complains about it. I have this special fondness because whenever the phone would ring, my Dad would say, "Hello Chuck, it's me, Peppermint Patty." right before she said it and I still always hear him.

I'm seriously thinking of getting the DVD set. We have all the VHS tapes but I want the DVD's.

I have the DVD set - I love it - it brings back happy, childhood memories when life was much, much simpler.
I'll be watching it on tv too, just cause that's always fun!

Even though I own them on DVD/VHS I still love watching them on TV.... Makes me reflect back to the days when we could only watch them once a year

Guess I'm in good company: I just bought the DVD set last weeked. I missed the Halloween episode on TV because the cable went out that night and I never wanted to miss them again.

I love all the Peanuts holiday specials. However whether they are showing on ABC or on VHS/DVD something is always missing. I really miss the CBS "SPECIAL" graphic before the show in all its colorific glory like a psychadelic drug trip without bothering to take the drugs.

Like I would know what a drug trip is like since I have never done any. I refuse to ruin my life by stooping to that level. I love living thank you.
