  • American Reunion (American Pie 4 or part 6?)

Or part 7? LOL If you haven't heard, Universal is trying to get the whole original key cast back for a true American Pie sequel and not like those lazy straight-to-DVD spin-offs "American Pie: The Naked Mile," "American Pie: Band Camp," and "American Pie: Beta House." Like they did with Fast & the Furious, Universal wants to reboot the franchise with this installment being true to the original.

Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, and Eugene Levy have signed on and deals are in the works for Tara Reid, Chris Klein, Mena Suvari, Alyson Hannigan, & Jennifer Coolidge. The creators of the original, Chris and Paul Weitz, are the one's behind this production.

    American Reunion Plot Details Surface

Seann William Scott's Stifler is not the ladies man he once was in American Reunion

Universal is gearing up for a return to Great Falls with American Reunion, which will feature the original cast members of American Pie gathering for their high school reunion. Some new plot details have been revealed, which you can take a look at in the breakdown below. Be warned, though: There may be spoilers!

    Spoiler

Chris Klein's Oz is now a reality TV star as a contestant on a dancing show similar to Dancing with the Stars. He brings his new gold-digging girlfriend to the reunion, only to find that his ex, Heather (Mena Suvari) is dating a 40-something surgeon.

Jim (Jason Biggs) is still married to Michelle (Alyson Hannigan) although his former next-door-neighbor Kara, now all grown up, develops a crush on Jim, who is also now a hit on YouTube.

Seann William Scott's Stifler hasn't been doing so well lately. He has a lousy temp job with a boss who calls him "his bitch." Stifler has also lost his way with the ladies, hooking up with an overweight woman when he comes home.

Eddie Kaye Thomas returns as Finch, now an international traveler, hooking up with Trisha, who used to be in band camp with Michelle. Jennifer Coolidge also returns as Stifler's mom.
