I can't wait to see the new Bond. I'm a big fan of the movies. However, I'm a little bit disappointed that there will be no Q and Moneypenny again. In my opinion the new movies are copies of the Bourne trilogy. The last two Bonds could be any other spy movie, it's just the name that makes it Bond movies. I know the new ones are much more like Ian Fleming's Bond in the books, nevertheless I think these characters should still be part of the franchise.

Rumor has it that Naomie Harris, who was of Pirates of the Caribbean 2&3, will play an agent named Eve who eventually becomes Moneypenny throughout the movie. So maybe we'll get her this movie.

        Very interesting casting news:

Ben Whishaw, cast in the latest James Bond movie Skyfall, currently shooting in the U.K., set the Internet atwitter with reports his role is to be that of gadget maestro Q.

Whishaw, the British actor with a sizeable female following, set message boards humming as reports emerged his role would be that of the MI6 boffin who traditionally dishes out the gadgetry to 007 for his missions.

The actor, already announced as part of the cast alongside Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes and Albert Finney among others, is reported to have been assigned the role for the Sam Mendes directed actioner.

The British press pondered the fact the casting means Whishaw will be the first Q in the franchise’s history to be younger than 007.

He is 31, Craig is 43.

Q is a James Bond staple for older 007 fans as he hasn’t appeared in a Bond adventure since 2002’s Die Another Day when John Cleese turned on the quirk for the role.

For the previous 36 years, the gadget whizz and inventor had been played by Desmond Llewelyn.

Daniel Craig and French actress Berenice Marlohe

Daniel Craig and actress Berenice each seem down to Earth. and dedicated to the prospect of making Skyfall one of the best in the Bond Series.

Here's to MGM/Spyglass fighting their way out of their economic slumb, and moving forward with this film. among others. Craig seems bent on making his Bond strong in terms of action and emotion.
