  • Donald Duck in Mathmagic Land DVD?

Does anyone know if this was ever released (or ever will be) on DVD? I did a google search and didn't come up with much. Also - what was the running time of it?

    Thanks!
Anything you do, let it come from you, then it will be new. Give us more to see. ~Stephen Sondheim

Is that an educational aid? If so, it might not ever get released.

I don't know if it is officially an educational aid or not. I was able to buy it on VHS from Best Buy in the mid 90's, so I'd imagine it will be on DVD eventually. I looked on those Donald sets in the parks and I didn't see it on there.

      It's really a great short.

ETA - I can check this weekend on the running time of the VHS. It's at my parent's house.

Running time is 27 minutes. Also starring Paul Frees as the True Spirit of Adventure.
        • Originally released on a bill with _Darby O'Gill and the Little People_ (1959) .
        • This was the first Disney cartoon ever televised in color, in 1961, as the first episode of "The Wonderful World of Color" (NBC's new title for "Disneyland" (1954) when it switched from ABC-TV to that network).

This says that a educational version is available.

Found one on eBay. I can't check the link from work.

Yeah... the educational versions are a rip-off. Schools can hardly pay for things already!

Those teacher awards don't make up for the way they're ripping teachers off like this.

Which is really sad, too, cause I'd like to buy the complete set of Bill Nye, but don't want to pay $6,000 for it!
