    Bridge to Terabithia, the motion picture adaptation of Katherine Paterson's Newbery Honor award winning best-selling novel, began principal photography on location in Auckland, New Zealand. The project is a co-production between Walden Media (The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, Because of Winn-Dixie) and The Walt Disney Studios. International sales and distribution will be handled by Summit Entertainment.

    New Zealand's TV One has posted a new video which shows behind-the-scenes footage of filming for Disney and Walden Media's Bridge to Terabithia and talks about whether or not The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian will film there. The clip includes a short interview with "Terabithia" stars Josh Hutcherson and Anna Sophia Robb.

    "Terabithia" is scheduled for a February 16, 2007 release, while the studios are eyeing a December 14, 2007 release for "Prince Caspian."

      God, I can't wait for Terabithia. We watch the old video from a way's back from time to time, but it sucks. :lol:

      It's my favorite children's book. I hope they do it justice.
