Im in an investment class and my professor argued that disney had a very strong board. I said that I had heard Eisner had put one of his kids former principals on the board. He said I was wrong. Im not sure, I think i read that on miceage and it might have been Kevin Yee who said it but their archive doesnt go that far back. Anyway if anyone could confirm or provide a link to a news article that could prove me right, or provide other examples of the board having conflicts of interest or just being weak. If im wrong, Im wrong. dont hesitate to tell me.
