My boss has been listening to books for a while and is slowing dragging me into her fascination with audiobooks. I am on my second audiobook and I am really enjoying listening to it. I have a 30-40 commute each way, which gives me ample time to catch up on the book. It is inherently more exciting than listening to traffic reports on KFWB.
The book currentky being played on my iPod is "The Ivy Chronicles" by Karen Quinn. It is a cute story, not too involved for short drives.
I have also downloaded a few of the Disney's Storyteller's Series for the kids:
The Real Story of Winnie the Pooh
The Emperor's New Groove
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Am I alone in my listening to books? Are there others here on MiceChat that share my newfound fondness for audiobooks?
