A sneak preview of the video game Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest for the PSP handheld. The game is scheduled for release in late June/early July from Buena Vista Games and Amaze Entertainment.

by Matt Turnbull, Producer, Amaze Entertainment

April 10, 2006 - Buena Vista Games and Amaze Entertainment have gotten together with a precise focus in mind -- to create an excellent movie-licensed game specifically developed for (and meant to take advantage of) big-name handheld systems. Leading the pack for the multi-system SKU is the PSP version of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest -- an action / adventure with sword fighting, skeleton vanquishing, and ship captaining all in one tiny little package.

To elaborate on his team's plans, Amaze Entertainment producer Matt Turnbull was kind enough to assemble the following developer diary for interested IGN readers. He even threw in a couple of screenshots and a trailer to go along with it. Read on for the full report.
