For best song, I would prefer "Believe" from Polar Express. Very beautiful number. But I would mind if the song from Shrek 2 "Accidently in Love" would win.

Yeah, the fanfare of song dance and costumes is primarily done at the Oscars. The foreign press show is definitely less variety, with the exception of the type of awards. The red carpet show on NBC has to take the cake for one of the most underwhelming hours in TV history...except for wondering if the fem from nat geographic channel's boob was going to fall out all the way. Must have been super glued.
Stars? Dull to the limits. There are no real Hollywood 'Lights' left...D level celebs are now the 'A's. Super Star Limo was ahead of its time.
As to the show itself...agreed...weird vibes...it was like the whole enterprise was under a 'non-personality' advisement...or maybe the 'Who Cares' flu got to 'em all...boring.Comment
