    Fantasia at the Hollywood Bowl

    I was checking out what concerts are scheduled for the upcoming Summer Season at the Bowl and was thrilled to see that selections from Fantasia's score will be played by the LA Phil, along with scenes from the movie projected on big screens!

    It should be an amazing concert!

    Note: They're selling season packages right now, and are not doing single concert tickets quite yet... probably next month.

    I saw this in they mailer they sent me a few weeks back. Looks like it would be a very fun night indeed! Should we get a gang together?
    Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
    Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
    Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
    Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
    Marge: Pink.
    Homer: D'oh!
    Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

              sounds very cool, wish we lived closer, well actually, wish the Bowl was closer to OC. Though, it's just about a week before we'll be at the Bowl for Dave Matthews Band, so who knows.

                You and J are closer to the Bowl than me!!! I've seen the LA Phil at the Bowl before, its well worth a two hour drive!

                    Maybe we can do Fantasia concert AND John Williams later that month! I'm definetely wanting to go see him again...for the 3rd time

                              Please see this thread for my suggestion on how to deal with THAT particular issue (and to pay ticketmaster as little as possible)

                              Incidentally, ticketmaster (or, as I call it, ticketb@$tard) now handles the "encore" program, but you can still do as I suggested and build your own season, thus avoiding hefty individual concert "inconvenience fees". You just pay one fee, once for everything you're ordering.

                              Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...
