Saw United 93 last night.
Tried to watch a TV version of Journey to the Center of the Earth. Why must people alter Verne?
Plan to watch Back to the Future tonight on ABC Family.
Nanny McPhee, Kung Fu Hustle, and Silent Hill. How was Hard Candy? Bear really wants to see it but no one here is showing it. I'd hate to drive to LA to see it if it sucks!
A bit of evil lurks in your heart, but you hide it well.
In some ways, you are the most dangerous kind of evil.
The only movie i've seen recently is Stick It.
I've been too busy with papers and end-of-semester stuff to have time to watch movies, theatre or on tv. Although, last night while working on my history paper, I had Phantom Of The Opera playing in the background on my dvd-rom. Mainly because it's a movie I can simply listen to and yet know what's going on. And because I just love that movie and the soundtrack.
Press today is so concerned with cool vs. not cool that they're starting to forget good vs. bad. I'm not sure I'll ever be "cool", but I will always tirelessly strive to be "great". - Josh Groban
I recently saw Thank You For Smoking, which I really enjoyed.
I am currently watching Chicken Little for the first time.
Amanda Just remember without a well written Disney Villain, there would be no point in the Heroes and the Princesses. Have you hugged a Disney Villain today?
Okay, I just saw the Pink Panther last night (along with Hoot - really cute show). It was a corny show, like I expected. I can't stand Beyonce - she is just a bad actress. Anyway, throughout the first half of the movie, it looked like a sound microphone kept getting into the picture. There was a black thing floating in the air at the top of the screen every now and again. Pretty odd.

Will trade husband for Disneyland and DCA Pins!
I just saw Mission: Impossible III at a late showing last night. I didn't hate it, but I wasn't overly impressed either. Lots of action and great effects, but that's just it: not a whole lot else for my money. I wouldn't discourage people from seeing it (lots of good suspense and action), but I can't heartily recommend it either.
By way of contrast, V for Vendetta had lots of action as well, but made for a much more interesting overall film.
yesterday i saw: The neverending story: 6/10
Tarkowsky's Solaris (finally): 8/10 Tetsuo: iron man: 4/10
Takashi Miike's Izo: 8/10 Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events: 7/10
and a few short films by Maya Deren which were pretty cool.
