  • The Nightmare Before Christmas at El Capitan - 10/19 - 10/31

The El Capitan will be screening "The Nightmare Before Christmas" for the first time in Disney Digital 3D from October 19 through October 31. They will have souvenir collectible 3D glasses that you can keep.

The El Capitan website doesn't mention it (and why doesn't it?), but at the El Capitan box office and in flyers, it mentions that there will be a filmmaker panel discussion on the first night, October 19, at both screenings (7pm and 9:45pm).

We already have our tickets for the 7pm show. I'm looking forward to it because I haven't actually seen "Nightmare" in quite some time, and I think it will be really cool in 3D. I believe this is the same system they used when we saw "Chicken Little" in 3D at the El Cap, and that was really amazing.

Here's the link to the main El Capitan site, and from there, you can go to tickets and showtimes:

    In 3D... Awesome!
Can I suggest another MC meet for this?
I dont' have anyone to go with to things like this!
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...
