    DreamWorks Animation to Announce

    Second Quarter 2006 Results and Host Earnings Conference Call

    GLENDALE, Calif., July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (NYSE: DWA) today announced that the Company's second quarter results will be released on Thursday, August 3, 2006, after market close.

    DreamWorks Animation will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at 4:30 p.m. (EDT). Investors can access the call by dialing 800-473-6123 in the U.S. and 973-582-2745 internationally and entering 7617444 as the conference ID number. The call will also be available via live webcast at http://www.dreamworksanimation.com/.

    A replay of the conference call will be available shortly after the call ends on Thursday, August 3, 2006 through August, 17, 2006.
