LOL Nascar is verrrry popular here. I have a firend who loves DE Jr. I don't follow it, but I will watch it when it is on. Luckily it only seems to be on when I am at Chuy's.

Im not into it now as much as I was a few years ago (mostly cause my ex was a huge nascar fan). If its on somewhere, Ill watch it, but I dont go out of my way to.

Im not a big fan yet. There still in the works of trying to bring Nascar to Staten Island but the people on the island are protesting.

I believe there complaining of the traffic is might cause...

If I can find an article I attach it.

Too me I think its a great idea cause aside from the track there gonna
add shopping stores as well. I think creating more jobs is more important
then worrying about the traffic issues ...

That's what I was thinking too. Plus think of how much money from the ticket sells would be re-invested back into the community.

Well, Nascar fan here - for over 15 years now. Since Rusty Wallace retired, I've been cheering on Kasey Kahne, Dale Jr., and Denny Hamlin.
