I really like the Snow White Platinum edition. All the deleted scenes and extra footage of the disney company are great.

Neither of those are Platinum Edition DVD's.

I really like the Beauty and the Beast one. The storyboard version included is really cool.

Is is sad that even though I own them all I have only REALLY watched a couple? Most of them I watched so often as a kid that I haven't really had the desire to watch them lately. Its mostly an investment for my future children.

I really like the Beauty and the Beast one. I don't have The Little Mermaid. Aladdin was really cool too.

For me, it is really hard to top Snow White.

With the possible exception of the Barbara Streisand video, it had almost everything you could wish for: a 'commentary' from Walt; an extensive 'making of'; a second disc full of history and development that actually made full use of the extensive Disney archives; deleted scenes; shorts and most importantly...trailers! It also seems to be one of the few films that has escaped major alterations!

I think Aladdin and Bambi have come pretty close, with the former hosting an amazing documentary set, and the Story Meeting feature on Bambi being worth the price of the discs alone.

The Lion King was certainly the most disappointing, largely due to the confusing menu system and the lack of substantial bonuses.

I would have to agree on Beauty and the Beast, with the exception that they compressed three versions of the film on DISC ONE, sacrificing a lot in the terms of video quality (they should have had the 'Work in Progress' version on DISC TWO.

So for me it's a toss up between Snow White or Sleeping Beauty.

As far as Films, Little Mermaid ranks #1 (I'm still waiting for Pinocchio as a Platnium Edition)

I look forward to the Jungle Book. I often forget about that but when I do watch it, I always remember how funny and classic it really is. Peter Pan I don't think I have watched in years, but I hope that new Platinum Edition is really done well.

My favortie of the past releases would have to be Aladdin. There were so many features and info, it kept me entertained for quite some time. I am glad to also have the Little Mermaid on DVD. That video tape was falling apart.

Sleeping Beauty was a Special Edition like Mulan. But I enjoyed Sleeping Beauty as well. The restoration was wonderful.

Really enjoyed the Sleeping Beauty Edition, it had some great extras including "The Living Desert" which I have this book as well.
Snow White Edition is right there as well.

Aladdin. I found all of the bonus features entertaining which I didn't for all the others. And I don't own Snow White and now feel like I am missing out.

Aladdin's Bonus Features make it the most worth while Disney Animated DVD produced to date... Alice in Wonderland and Bambi are a close second...

Little Mermaid was an INCREDABLE DISAPPOINTMENT... However it does have a cool ride through of the planned dark ride... A ride that should be built, even today...
