  • Attraction music?

after Pirates 2 came out, the cool music featured in the movie brought up two questions...

    1. is there a soundtrack for this movie availiable on cd?
    2. is there anyplace to find recorded music of the atractions in the parks?

I LOVE all the music on my favorite rides. And it would be a great way to relive those moments over and over...for example...yo ho, a pirate's life for me......the song that plays on Splah Mt......even the Spectro Magic songs...and Wishes songs....are those availiable anywhere?? Thanks guys!

    1. Yes, there is a soundtrack to the movie on CD, which is also available on iTunes.

    2. Yes! There are two new 2-disc resort albums which have just come out for Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion, Haunted Mansion Holiday, Spectromagic, Holiday Wishes and Wishes all have been released on CD by Disney. There is also the "Musical History of Disneyland" 6-disc set which was produced for the 50th and is still available. All of these can be found online or through Disney's DelivEARS. There's also a large online Disney Park music community, which trades 'rare' soundtracks (those that haven't been released officially by Disney).

I would also recomment http://www.uabmagic.com, which is an online radio station that plays Disneyland and Walt Disney World music 24/7, and even allows you to request tracks from their library.
