  • Does Disney own phantom of the opera?

I was in the Stage Nine store in sacramento today and saw a "Phantom of the Opera" t-shirt with a disney tag, i thought it was a fluke but they all had disney hang tags and the actual tag. I thought maybe they owned part of the movie, but I just looked it up on imdb and it said it was warner brothers. Anyone?
    Is this haunted signature
    actually
    stretching?

Or is it your imagination, hmm?

I don't think they own phantom...

As far as "owning" Phantom, that would be the Really Useful Group, which is either owned by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber or Cameron Mackintosh, I can't remember. They would then have license POTO to Warner Brothers to produce the film version.

No idea why a POTO shirt would have a Disney tag.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe...
