    ORANGE COUNTY
No charges to be filed after 'Tigger' complaint

Sarah Lundy | Sentinel Staff Writer
    Posted February 15, 2007, 3:28 PM EST

Tigger, the Walt Disney World character, is no longer in the cross-hairs of the State Attorney's Office.

No charges will be filed against 31-year-old Michael J. Fedelem, the employee playing Winnie the Pooh's bouncy friend, the State Attorney's Office announced today.

Prosecutors reviewed the complaint that Tigger punched a 14-year-old during a home-video session at Disney-MGM Studios last month.
    Growing older is manditory
    Growing up is however, optional

From just reviewing it, it just looks like Tigger was just turning to pull the teen off him and hit him accidentally. You can sort of see Tigger patting him in apology.

How can anyone think Tigger punched him. That wasn't even a punch. Maybe a pat!

Well, one suit, at least. I'll be very surprised if the suit ends profitably for the kid, the dad or the lawyer.

Good! Tigger was innocent (or justified) and I'm glad the judge realized this
