    LOS ANGELES, Feb 18 (Reuters) - Following are the top 10 movies at the North American box office for the three-day portion of the U.S. Presidents Day holiday weekend beginning Feb. 16, led by the new Nicolas Cage movie "Ghost Rider," according to studio estimates released on Sunday. Final data will be issued on Tuesday.

    Opening at No. 2 with $22 million for the three-day period was the Walt Disney Co. children's fantasy "Bridge to Terabithia," based on the award-winning children's book about two young outcasts. The studio had hoped the film would surpass $20 million for the four days.
