Check out this new online game based on The Goonies:

There's even a poll if they should make a sequel to the movie!

Interesting, I clicked on your Sig pic before and browsed the site. I would love to see a sequel, only I have read before that they plan on using the same people for the parts, so I guess and 'all grown up' movie would take place. lol

I don't think a sequel is in order. Maybe a remake? But then I believe that movie is a classic. Why ruin a good thing.

Oy. I went to high school in Astoria. I don't want to return there, even virtually.

A sequek would be cool if they could get the original cast back. But... what would be the plot? One-Eyed Willie's ship sailed off into the sunset at the end of the movie.

Maybe they located where the ship finally settled and the Goonies come back together to finish what they started... maybe each one of them is having financial troubles And Sloth comes along for the adventure...

I think the Fartelli (sp) mom actress died. But the sons are still around. So maybe instead of being bossed by their mom, they get bossed by their father? I don't think they mentioned what happened to their dad in the movie, did they? Or bossed by an aunt or uncle .

Yeah Anne Ramsey (Mama Fratelli) passed away quite awhile ago. The actors that played Jake & Francis are still alive though. I think the actor that played Sloth (former NFL player, John Matuzak) died awhile back too.
