  • A Bart Simpson question

Hi, first my question doesn't have anything to do with The Simpsons Movie.

I wanted to ask a question about a past episode, where Bart is driving a car along with Milhouse,Ralph, & Nelson in it.

My question is, how did Bart learn to drive that car? Was it that book that he had? I can't remember. I'm hoping some MiceChatter does.

There is no explanation as to how he drives the car. He just sets the cruise control and lets it go.....through corn fields, etc.

As for the book, it is the 1982 AAA Guide, which is why their destination ends up being the Knoxville World's Fair.

I'd also say that most likely Homer let him drive the car drom time to tiem so he could eat. Remember that time when he was eating 2 ice cream cones adn Lisa was driving (or maybe that was Bart).

That was Lisa...and it is true he did drive on occassion. So, I'm sure it became a habit in the family.

I'd go with the standard Mystery Science Theater answer.

It's just a TV show so we really should relax
