  • I recently made myself on National TELEVISION

Last month, My buddy CJ, Greg and I were featured in a segmant on the show 'Scarred' which airs on MTV, and MTV 2.

Last December, We were skateboarding in front of a local elementary school and we decided to firecracker some stairs...during that process CJ broke his arm in 2 places in a sewage ditch off to the side of it.

Thank Gosh for cameras in this word and for witnesses. Greg filmed the entire thing while i watched in shock CJ running around with his broken arm. We later uploaded the arm break to YouTube the following day and got over 20,000 hits in 3 months. During that time, MTV contacted me asking me a bunch of questions relating to CJ, Greg and I and the arm break. We came to a conclution and MTV came out and filmed us for the day. I found out it was going to air because i was in my watching MTV one night and it advertised OUR episode because i guess ours was the headliner of even though we were #3.

It aired last month at the beginning of August. For all who have seen this episode, GREAT! It is still showing reruns in case you want to check it out again.
For all of you who hasnt seen it... HERE IT IS.

They edited out my talking, i said a lot. I was still shown. i'm the guy in the Blue hat sitting on the RIGHT of the stairs.

But it was CJ's 5 minutes of fame. Still got and still getting comments at school about it too. Enjoy.

I don't get it? Ever since my departure, I've done a lot of things that I'd share with micechat. My time to share is now.

It was ment as a "joke." Its a running gag that after summer vacation students have to write about "What I did this Summer." Ward was using the statement not as a literal statement, but has a bon mot, a witty clever remark...

You know I thought that looked familiar, I can't get enough of that show ever since my sister told me about it. I have no idea why I'm so drawn to it ... but I really enjoyed the marathon they had of it a few days ago.

It's only funny until somebody get's hurt. Then it's hilarious!!!

Thanks for sharing that, sounds quite 'exciting'. Can't watch it at work, but I'll be sure to check it out once I get home.

Oh my gosh! That was even painful to watch. Every time they replayed the fall my stomach would turn a little. My stomach is still turning now.

So did I. MTV didn't tell us when it would be on, I just randomly saw the commercial.

My friend is fine, but he broke the same arm..same place a few weeks after MTV filmed us. They wanted to do a 2nd segment on us too, but didn't want to fly out again.

Yeah. It was a horrible fall! CJ was 14 at the time at the fall, but you have to be 16 for the show, but MTV got right on it to let it slide for us to be on it. It was bruital.
