I recently saw this in the FAO Schwartz catalog and figured everyone would love to see this. Stuff spiders are one thing, but a stuffed Aragog!?!

Re: WHOA! Check this out Potter Fans!
Yes I did. I saw the Thestral then saw the price. The dragon is over $2,000. But I think these are huge plush not little tiny things. And it doesn't say if the Harry Potter figure comes with the Thestral either. Oh well.Peter Pan Forever!!! I Will Never Grow Up.

The dragon is 12 ft long and 5 ft high. Weighs 155 lbs. I don't think thats Harry, but an actual person in that picture.
Yup, recommended for kids 5 yr and up.Originally posted by lazyboy97OHow is a state religion bad, but state medicine good?Originally posted by steamboatpeteAnyone who makes the decision to depend upon the government to take care of their basic needs has essentially doomed himself to a life of bitter disappointment.

Re: WHOA! Check this out Potter Fans!
I think the kid is just in the picture to show the scale of the figures. That's Buckbeak the Hippogrif, not a thestral. I'd love for them to make one. They are expensive, but with the scale the price makes sense. Remember they are from FAO Schwartz so you have the Schwartz tax as well. If you do not know the schwartz tax is a fee you pay for the honor of buyign something from them. That's why they nearly went out of business a few years ago. No noe wants to spend $10 on a action figure they can get for $5 elsewhere.
