The Curse of the Black Pearl mis-framed in Blue Ray?

I was reading some reviews for The Curse of the Black Pearl in blue ray format and several of the reviewers claimed that the movie is mis-framed and heads are not showing in some of the fight scenes. Has anyone here noticed that issue or possibly these reviewers do not know how to set up their blue ray players? Thanks!
