        Warner Bros. Consumer Products Inc. seeks a Director, Global Themed Entertainment for the Domestic Licensing department. Position negotiates licensing opportunities with theme parks, hotels in theme park environments and cruise lines. Services all aspects of the contract including design and development, advertising and marketing materials, brand assurance approvals and merchandise collections. Will work closely with Director of Themed Entertainment (Live Events) on large multi-entertainment projects as needed. Manage and promote current themed environment licensees, including Six Flags, to assure constant brand knowledge is being considered in yearly capital plans at each park. Brainstorm as required to assure WB product is fresh and relevant. Drives cross-divisional worldwide marketing efforts between themed entertainment partners and Warner Bros. divisions to maximize revenues and brand building efforts. Assists in the development of large scale projects (theme parks and entertainment complexes) as part of the global entertainment team. Attends tradeshows and visit licensees as needed to update property activities and provide strategic direction. Participates in budget process for themed entertainment.

        Requirements
        Bachelors degree required. 5 - 7 years previous licensing sales-related experience and/or theme entertainment experience required. Knowledge of themed entertainment licensing industry preferred. Must have ability to organize and prioritize work, prepare and present written and oral sales presentations, and communicate with clients, licensees, and management to determine needs and solve problems. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and other levels of personnel. Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively. Must be confident. Must be able to take initiative. Must have the ability to work well under time constraints. Must be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to lift 20+ lbs. Must be able to travel when necessary.
