    Dec 4, 2007

More than 700 invited guests are set to fete the most powerful women in the industry today at The Hollywood Reporter's 16th annual Women in Entertainment: Power 100 breakfast.

The event at the Beverly Hills Hotel coincides with the release of The Reporter's special issue, which honors and ranks the 100 most powerful women in the entertainment industry from film, TV, music and other areas.

Anne Sweeney, co-chairman of Disney Media Network and president of Disney-ABC Television Group, tops this year's Power 100 list.

Rounding out the top five, in order, are: Amy Pascal, chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group and co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment; Nancy Tellem, president of CBS Paramount Network Television Entertainment Group; Stacey Snider, co-chairman and CEO of DreamWorks SKG; and Judy McGrath, chairman and CEO of MTV Networks.

John Travolta and Queen Latifah are set to deliver keynote speeches at the breakfast, which is being presented by Lifetime Networks in association with St. John Knits, while Jodie Foster will receive the fourth annual Sherry Lansing Leadership Award, presented to a woman who has been a pioneer or leader in her field.
