Well considering Katrina didn't hit Orlando, I'd say it's a joke.

Exactly. I wonder how long it will take Craigslist to pull it down.

Thedisneyblog.com has more insight into this. They say the following:

....some quick research found that the only Official Walt Disney World Hotel in the Downtown Disney Resort area that fits that description is the Hotel Royal Plaza.
After Hurricane Charley damaged the Royal Plaza in August 2004, an extensive renovation occurred before the hotel reopened in January 2006. Since then reviews on Trip Advisor have been mixed, but leaning toward positive. The Royal Plaza also plays host to Gay Days as their official hotel.

Royal Plaza is a really nice hotel. I stayed there last January and my room was awesome (I had a deluxe king room). Everything is brand new from the rennovation. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in (was as comfy as my bed at home) and the bathroom had a Roman tub & a separate shower stall. I seriously wanted to take the whole bathroom home with me. It made my already tiny bathroom look like a broom closet. Plus I had a great view from the 11th floor of both I-4 and Downtown Disney.
