Re: MOVIE MADNESS!!! The Most Anticipated Films of 2008

As much as I love Indiana Jones and am so there opening weekend, the one I can not wait for is Iron Man. I'm a huge Robert Downey Jr. fan and think he will nail the role as Tony Stark. Some are saying that this is the movie that will put him back on top. I also can't wait for The Dark Knight. I'm a Joker fan and though I loved Nicholson playing Joker, I don't think he was psychotic enough in that role. Though it's Ledger's last role, I hope he truly nailed the role.

Whoah, I didn't know that there was going to be another Mummy. I like those movies, but I voted for Wall E.

Definitely Indy and Dark Knight (I'm a HUGE Christian Bale fan).

Pretty much. Who wouldn't want to see their favorite characters' lives a few years down the road? Had the movie happened as soon as the series ended...what could they have done, pick up right where the series left off? Not interesting.

It's been a few years, their lives have changed, I want to see how.

Whoa, wait, you didn't like Indiana Jones? No Way!!!

I loved it as a child, and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is on the top of my list.

Harry Potter and Sex and the City. And Narnia. :geek:

I have no interest in an Indiana Jones film. Talk about waiting too long. Yawn. Though I love Shia.

Sex and the City waited the perfect amount of time. I've tired of the DVDs, I change the channel when SatC is on TBS. The movie will rejuvenate the series I think. I'm a bigger Batman fan than I am a Indiana Jones fan, but at this point, Heath Ledger's death is gonna make that experience a little weird for me. If not for that, The Dark Knight would've gotten my vote. But I ended up voting for the Crystal Skull mainly because Harrison Ford showed us in that teaser he is Indy.
