However, please note that those with a history of bad behavior and pushing our rules to the limit will not be given the courtesy of a reply.

MiceChat offers a number of ways for you to communicate and get involved. We offer Facebook Groups and Pages, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest accounts. We have a front page filled with amazing content. We offer weekly meetups in the parks. Meets and events all over the world. Podcasts and videos. And we continue to maintain forums for your posting convenience. But with all those options, we can't be everywhere all the time. We need YOUR help. Please don't poke the trolls. Report posts and leave reputation. We'll do our best to keep the forums clean and active, but we can't do so without your help.

  • MiceChat email being used for spamming

Has anyone else received unsolicited spam from another MiceChat member via MiceChat email? Not seeing a clear method for reporting, I pasted the entire message with headers into a message for MiceChat administrators using the the "Contact us" link.

I also used spamcop to report the spamvertised web site.

Assuming spamming in this way is a violation of the rules, is there anything else I might have done?

Yes, I got one of those emails. When I searched out the author Monorail Man had already banned them. But if anyone gets anymore please so what Trekkie did... and let us know so we can help track down these spammers and get rid of them!

I did look up the member. No posts, no profile data to speak of, other than date joined and last activity. MM hasn't banned the member yet.

I got one this morning and immediately deleted. I knew it wasn't something that would have been sent from this site officially!
